She was predeceased by: her spouse J. U. Blakley; her son Richard Alan Blakley; and her siblings, Darrell Quick, Virginia Weyer and Marilyn Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Schurgast (Lee), Michael Blakley (late Sandy), Anthony Blakley and Beverly Jones (Steve); her grandchildren, Larry Schurgast (Rachel), Jeffrey Schurgast (Melody), Nicole Taylor, Jennifer Stonecipher (Gideon), Rachel Reeder (Luke), Steven Jones, Tyler Jones (Sarina) and Angel Boyajian (Roy); her great grandchildren, Kortney, Annabella, Elliana, Aiden, Silas, Logan, Olivia, Landen, Steven, Iann, Sadie, Audrey, Poppy, Roman, Hudson, Alexia, Trinity, Casey, Nicholas and Lucas; her great great grandchild Wesley; her brother Larry Quick (Marcia); and her friends, Lisa Daugherty and Ed Ritner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
