He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpha Ailer and Ruthie Ailer (Kiser); and his siblings, Betty Sheaffer and Jacob Ailer. He is survived by: his wife Laura Ailer; his children, Eric Ailer (Kim Howard) of Florida and Amanda Ailer of New London; his grandchildren, Ronnie, Zachary, Jaden, Chris, Ace and Declan; and his sister Susan Hilbert of Wooster.
