He was predeceased by: his father Edward Crystaloski, Sr.; and his brother Michael Crystaloski. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Crystaloski (Soles); his son Edward "Jason" Crystaloski; and his siblings, Robert Crystaloski, Diana Caldwell (Robert), Joanna Ennis (Ted) and David Crystaloski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
