He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin P. Kuhn and Evelyn Kuhn; and his siblings, Robert and Mary Ellen. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin (Dana) and Scott (Amy); his wife Carla; his grandchildren, Laney, Paige, Harper, Finnigan and Camryn; his siblings, Peggy Berk, Sharon Dzialo, Pamela Fattibene and Wilbur Tice; and his sister-in-law Dianne Horbochuk.
