He is survived by: his sister-in-law Barbara Banfield (Harry); his nephews, David (Susanne), Tommy (Kathy) and Dale (Jen); his wife Donna Banfield (Southwick); his daughters, Katherine Banfield-Sample (Don) and Rebecca Banfield; and his granddaughter Alyssa Jackett.
