With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annette L. Holcomb of Oak Harbor, Ohio, who passed away on May 16, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Moore and Helen Moore (Schultz); and her brother Steven Moore. She is survived by: her children, Nathan (Felisha) and Melissa LaPrade; her granddaughters, Amber, Kaitlyn LaPrade and Gabriella Holcomb; her siblings, Carol Benner (Michael) and James (Donna Moore); and her sister-in-law Karla Moore.

Those wishing to make a memorial contribution are asked to consider St. John Ev. Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
