He is survived by: his children, Donna Smith (Mike) of Tiffin, OH, Patricia Lochotzki of Lakeside, CA, Tony Lochotzki Jr. of Oak Harbor, OH, Don Lochotzki (Jennifer) of Oak Harbor, OH, Chris Lochotzki (Nancy) of Gibsonburg, OH, Martha Bentancur (Eddie) of Rosharon, TX, Amy Grotz of Oak Harbor, OH and Scott Lochotzki of Johnstown, RI; his siblings, Bernard Lochotzki of Fremont, OH, Delores Payne of Oak Harbor, OH and Rosemary Rose of Port Clinton, OH; and his close friend John Madison. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
