He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Coutcher and Barbara Coutcher (Hansen); and his brother Daniel Coutcher. He is survived by: his siblings, William Coutcher (Linda), Becky McGee (Mark), Kenneth Coutcher (Julie) and Brenda Zeller (Kelsey). He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews; and many extended family.
