He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Henry and Delores June Apling (Kern); and his son Jake Apling. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Justine Tarris (Richard Grine), Robert Tarris Jr. (Heather), Niki Foster (Aaron) and Deric; his grandchildren, Karsen, Hayden, Autumn, Alex, Landon, Myles, Maci, Connor, Phoenix, Sebastian, Bowen, Ember and Brooklynn; his siblings, Diann Apling (Norman Anzures), Gary Apling (Linda), Dave Apling (Tammy) and Lisa Rauch (Bill); his aunt Ethel Kern; his former wife Barb Apling; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home - Oak Harbor (165 E Water St, Oak Harbor, OH 43449). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jeff's family.
