She was predeceased by : her parents, Lyle Bloom and Irene Bloom (Marko); her daughter Sherry Lieske; and her brother Donald Bloom. She is survived by : her husband Clark Lieske of Genoa, OH; her daughter Tammy Nietz (Ronald) of Oregon, OH; her grandsons, Bradley Nietz (Jennifer) of Toledo, OH and Brian Nietz of Toledo, OH; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Connor and Samuel; and her brother James Bloom (Vicki) of Oak Harbor.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, American Cancer Society, or Ohio Living Hospice.
