With sadness, we share the passing of Nancy Ann Horn of Oak Harbor, Ohio. Nancy Ann, born on July 24, 1948, passed away on September 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Martin Kuzma. She is survived by: her mother Sophia Kuzma (Klisz); her husband Tom Horn; her children, Thomas "Andy" Horn (Miranda) of Oak Harbor, OH and Kate Antesberger (Karl) of Oak Harbor, OH; her grandchildren, JT, Jack Antesberger and Wyatt Horn; and her siblings, Mike Kuzma (Bonnie), Denny Kuzma (April) of Henderson, NV, Pat Kuzma of Fremont and Marianne Woessner (Al) of Fremont.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home (425 E State St, Fremont, OH 43420). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials can be made in her honor to Bishop Hoffman Catholic Schools. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
