He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Richard "Dick" Elfering, Charlie Thompson and Frank Kwiatkowski; his niece Dawn Haack; his nephew Jon Kwiatkowski; his great-nephew Patrick Kwiatkowski; and his parents-in-law, Agatha Rose and John P. Cassidy.

He is survived by: his parents, Earl Wittman and Patricia Wittman (Brown); his wife Mary Wittman; his son Ryan Wittman; his brothers, Jerry Wittman (Marie) and Ron Wittman; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Cassidy (Joyce), Kathy Kwiatkowski, Sharon Thompson, Patricia Elfering, Tim Cassidy (Shelly), Colleen Cook (Steve) and John Cassidy (Barb). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Rob's honor may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or an organization of the donor's choice.
