She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Kouts and Jeanette Kouts (Hamm); her husband Steve Collins; and her son Justin Crawford. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Floro (Daniel) of Oak Harbor, Joshua Crawford (Jennifer) of Port Clinton and Jack Crawford of Port Clinton; her grandchildren, Justine Crawford, Ciara Crawford, Iyan Crawford, Hunter Floro (Brittany), Drake Floro, Gage Floro and Shayla Crawford; and her great grandchildren, Remi, Weston, Layla and Lana. She is also survived by thirteen siblings and many nieces and nephews.
