She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brown and Emma Brown (Cantar); and her husband James "Jim" Adkins. She is survived by: her son James Jr. "Jamie" Adkins (Debra); and her granddaughter Jennifer Montefusco (Jacob Emberton). She is also survived by eight other grandchildren; and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
