He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Simpson and Estaline Simpson (Woolum); and his sister Mary McFann. He is survived by: his siblings, Delbert Simpson, Robert Simpson of Oak Hill, Ohio, Tammy Hubbard and Dianna Potts of Oak Hill, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill (202 Maple Ave, Oak Hill, OH 45656). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
