As we bid Emogene farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Emogene is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph N. Greer and Myra Greer (Crisp); and her siblings, Bertha Lyons of Jackson, Margaret Caulley of Wheelersburg, Myrtle Hall of California, Joe Jr. of Jackson County, John D. of Jackson County, Jack of Jackson County, Charles of Rio Grande, Walter of Loveland and David of California.
She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Sharon Ondera (Chris) of Jackson and Colleen Ridge (Randy) of North Carolina. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great- nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Beaver Union Cemetery.
