It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emory Allan Dials of Oak Hill, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Franklin David Dials; his brothers, Franklin D. Dials Jr. and Randy Dials; and his grandparents, George, Irene Adkins, Emory and Garnet Dials.

He is survived by : his mother Mary Ann Gross (Norman); his daughter Antonia "Tony" Dials McIntosh; his grandsons, Isaiah and Clay McIntosh; and his sisters, Lisa Webb (Keith) and Bonita Dials Belcher.
