She was predeceased by : her father Tilden Ray; her husband Paul Adkins; and her brothers, Frank Counts and Tilden Counts. She is survived by : her daughters, Tammy Adkins, April Welch (Curtis), Sara Adkins and Wendy Peters (Cody); her grandchildren, Matthew Hall (Bre), R. P. Roof (Karla), Andrew Roof (Kara), Brittany Mumaw (Herschel), Jerrod Potter, Kelsey Mullins (Russell), Brandon Bartram, Meagan Taylor and Kyle Bartram (Caitlin); and her brother Melvin Counts. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
