He is survived by: his children, Harold Meldick, Jr., Shane Meldick, Sandie Lewis (Andy) and Karen Fulkerson; his grandchildren, Emily Clevinger (Kyle), Maggie Huffman (Eric), Gerald Tamar Fulkerson (Fuzzy), Stephanie Fulkerson, Christopher McFadden, Zach Parker, Jesse Parker (Kenzie), AJ Meldick (Megan), Abby Fryman (Luke), Ally Meldick, Jen Meldick and Andy Meldick; and his sister Shirley Sharp (Lowell). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
