He is survived by: his wife Carrie Adkins (Brown) of Oak Hill, Ohio; his son Jamie Adkins (Debbie) of Palm Bay, Florida; and his sisters, Helen and Patricia "Boots". He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and several niece and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill (202 Maple Ave, Oak Hill, OH 45656). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
