She was predeceased by: her parents, John Snyder and Opal Snyder (Crabtree); her siblings, Ruby Potts, Lib Warning, Irene Woods, Betty Fulk, Buck Collins and Bobbie Snyder; her half-siblings, Carl Snyder, Merle Lambert, Mildred Rawlins and Myrtle Woodruff; her former husband Ray Adkins; and her grandson Nathan Strickland. She is also survived by her seven children, seventy grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
