Kristina Carol Costilow Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kristina Carol Costilow of Oak Hill, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Hall and Carol Hall. She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Scowden (John) of Hilliard, Kimberly Costilow (Johnnie Stewart) of Point Pleasant, Markus Costilow (Angela) of Oak Hill, Nathaniel Costilow (Brandi Howard) and Cassie Costilow (Andrés Ruiz) of Greenville; her grandchildren, Sophia, Chloe, Brooklyn, Darci, Connor, Chelsea, Bryson, Brayden, Juliet, Owen and Amelia; her great grandchild Ansley; and her siblings, Julie Needham (Kelly) of Jackson, Angela Hickerson (John) of Oak Hill, Tricia Campbell (Lance) of Oak Hill, Ohio, Brian Hall (Jennie) of Oak Hill and Jeff Hall (Linda) of Chillicothe, Ohio. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill (202 Maple Ave, Oak Hill, OH 45656). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
While she was unable to donate organs due to invasive cancer, she was able to donate the gift of sight by donating her corneas.
