He is survived by: his wife Joyce Puckett (Church) of Oak Hill; his children, Alice Cooper (James) of Oak Hill and Thomas James Puckett (Stacy) of Chillicothe, Ohio; his grandchildren, Savanna Harvey (Cody) and Noah Cooper (Taylor Chapman); and his brother Jeff Puckett (Sally). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home (202 Maple Ave, Oak Hill, OH 45656). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
