She is survived by: her children, James Stephens (Teresa), Beth Zinn and Crystal Elliott; her grandchildren, Alexander Sampsel, Alyssa Sampsel, Emmett Zinn, Rylee Zinn, Ryan Zinn (Kylee) and Dylan Zinn; her great grandchild Roman; her brothers, Ronald Lively, Lindsey Bancer (Sheri) and Mike Roth (Amie); and her siblings-in-law, Tommy Stephens, Russell Stephens, Craig Stephens (Susan) and Cathy Russell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
