He is survived by: his aunt Carol Stone of South Webster; his cousins, Roberta Stone (Fred Allen) of Wheelersburg, William "Jeff" Stone of South Webster, James Stone of Columbus, Marsha Stone of Columbus, Ronald Stone (Crystal) of South Webster, Tom Stone (Sue Ann) of Buckhorn, Scott Stone of Buckhorn and Tommy Righter of West Virginia; his close friends, Karen Fulkerson and Bill Hardin; and his caregivers, Gloria Hall, Courtney Scott, Ashley Radcliffe and Christopher McFadden.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill (202 Maple Ave, Oak Hill, OH 45656). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
