He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd C. Williams and Vergie Williams (Lyons); his wife June Thomas Williams; and his siblings, Lewis Williams, James "Buddy" Williams and Patricia Gould.
He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Johnson; his sisters-in-law, Sandy Williams and Rhonda Williams; and his close friend Brooke Johnson Wright. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill (202 Maple Ave, Oak Hill, OH 45656). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
