She is survived by : her daughter Denise Scherer (Greg) of Continental; her grandchildren, Jamison Young (Sara) of Highlands Ranch, CO, Christopher Davis of Continental, Laura Young of Defiance, Joshua Young of Continental, Steven Scherer (Kelsey) of Everett, WA and Jennifer Trudell (Tim) of Kingsley, MI; her great grandchildren, Emma, Taylor Young, Ashley Davis, Madison Young, Paige Ames, Sydney Stepke and Sophia Trudell; her great great grandchild Nolan Ames; and her brother Roger McCullough of Ft. Myers, FL..

Bill Morse wrote a sympathy message

“Densie, You may not remember me but I know that you have had some contact with my sister, Barb Brittig, during the last year. She spoke often of your mother. She was blessed to spend time with her at the Meadows and it comforted me to know that she had a friend there. I am so sorry for your loss. It is never easy at any age. We are missing Barb and know you will miss your mom as well. May God comfort you and your family Carla (McClure) Morse”
