He is survived by : his son John; his parents, Pat Cahill and Tom Cahill; his sister Diane Cahill; his close friend Rhoda Aveyard; his nephews, Paul Pook III, Gabriel Pook, Izziah and Simon Cahill; and also, Jessica and Danielle Aveyard.
