Orval H. Mullen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orval H. Mullen of Oakwood, Ohio, who passed away on May 15, 2025 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Orval may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Orval touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Mullen and Lavina Mullen (Brunner); his wife Luella Conley; his sons, James Mullen and Dr. Orval Mullen; his son-in-law Darrell Wieging; and his brother Raymond Mullen.
He is survived by: his daughter Judy Wieging of Van Wert; and his daughter-in-law Brenda Mullen of Oakwood. He is also survived by four grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
