He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Carlile and Gertrude M. Carlile. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his sons, Jay (Christina) and Dr. Kevin (Tessa); his grandchildren, Frank, Emma, Cameron and Olivia; his sisters, Kaye and Carole; and his nieces, Jennifer and Emily.
A Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (411 E 2nd St, Dayton, OH 45402). A reception will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Parish Life Center (411 E 2nd St, Dayton, OH 45402).
