It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walt Allan Young of Oakwood, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Daniel A. Young and Etta L. Young (Joseph); and his siblings, Daniel J. Young, David A. Young, William Young, Flora Hendricks, Loretta J. Biechler and Goldie Young.

He is survived by : his children, Debbie Trowbridge (Mark) of Cadiz, KY, Sean Young (Jennifer) of Lima, Travis Young (Linda) of Grover Hill and Jenni Lamond of Charloe; and his siblings, Duane R. Young, Sr. (Cheri) of Lima and Betty E. Little of Delphos. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

The family would like memorial donations to be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
