He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sieminski and Gertrude Sieminski; and his brother Ed Sieminski. He is survived by: his wife Janey Sieminski (Dotson); his children, Frank Sieminski, Keri Sieminski and Kelly Sanders; and his grandsons, Tom, Dave and Stanley Sieminski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans Administration for all veterans.
