He is survived by: his wife Josephine Weaver; his children, Linda Estep, Charlotte Kudela and Frank A. Weaver; and his brother Billy Gene Weaver. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
