She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Madison and Dorothy Madison (Patterson); and her brother-in-law Joe Cocheran. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Samples of Amherst, Keith Samples (Yolanda) of Oberlin, Kenneth Samples (Debby) of Brunswick, Sherri Bogle (Ronnie) of Chickasha, OK, Deborah Samples of Oberlin and Kerry Foster of Comanche, OK; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Stacey, Ashlee, Rickey, Brooke, Dylan (Deanna), Cassie, Samantha, Garrett, Brett and Lucas; her great grandchildren, Rockie, Presley, Oliver, Carter Mae, Lucas Jr., Lilly and Jackson; her sisters, Sharon Matlock (Larry) of Anadarko, OK, Charlotte Cocheran of Sacramento, CA. and Dolly Madison of Chickasha, OK; and her caregiver Chrissy Serrano.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Eastman Funeral Home (200 W Main St, New London, OH 44851). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
