He is survived by: his daughter Michaela Ware; his girlfriend Amy Shelton; his siblings, Terry Burt (Dallas), Cassie Fisher (Jack) and Donald Ware; his grandson Oscar Cruz; his nieces and nephews, Amanda Ware, Michelle Dahmous, Alexis "Boo" Ware, Richard and Jason Ware; and his close friends, Michael Spurlock and Christina Daniels.
