She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Westfall Sr.; her son David Earl Westfall; her brothers, Harold Moore, Marvin Moore, Steve Moore and Ronald Moore; and her parents, Earl Moore and Genevieve Winifred.
She is survived by: her son Richard Westfall Jr. (Joyce) of Oberlin; her grandchildren, Richard Westfall III (Karly) and Wendy Scofield (Drew); her great grandchildren, Jacob Westfall (Amanda), Alexandria Shannon (James), Peyton Westfall, Makenzie Westfall and Maverick Westfall; her great great grandchildren, Andi and Ezra Shannon; and her brother Earl Moore of Vermilion.
