He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Palmer; his sons, Mark Palmer and Robert Palmer II; and his cousin Nancy Joe Oliver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilkinson Funeral Home (1158 S Arlington St, Akron, OH 44306).
