He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Weaver and Marie Boggess. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Heaton Weaver; his sister Sheree Darlene Weaver of Columbus; his stepdaughter Laura Biddle (Joshua); his grandchildren, Abigail and Joshua Biddle of Columbus; and his cousin Carol Brown of Florida.
