He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Cramer and Hazel Cramer. He is survived by: his wife Joann Cramer; his children, William "Bill" Cramer, Cindy Cramer-Adams (Aric) and Steven Cramer (Kathy); and his siblings-in-law, Jack Howell and Nellie Bowles. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
