Ainsworth, John D. Ainsworth, Edwin Ainsworth, Mark A. Ainsworth, Donna L. Ainsworth, Martha Sue Ernie and Annie Carr; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Ainsworth and Portia Ainsworth.
She is survived by : her children, Kelly Taylor (Sid) of Van Wert, Jeff Bowen (Melanie) of Ohio City, Kathy Banks of Ohio City, Karla Prichard of Rockford and Billy Zolman of Orlando, Florida; her grandchildren, Amber Bowen, Amy Slone (Chuck), Ashton Iles (Josh), Audrey Bowen (Casey Moke), Corey Bowen, Carson Bowen, Emily McGinnis (Johnny), Chloe Kunkler (D. J.), Sophie Horner (Jake), Emma Prichard and Ellie Prichard; her great grandchildren, Myla Horner, Freya Kunkler, Grayson Wollet, Max Klender, Hugh Voisard, Rhyse Moke, Mia Wollet, Zach Wollet, Landon Wollet and Haley Prine; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Carr of Ohio City, Debbie Ainsworth Owens of Ohio City and Joan Ainsworth of Ohio City.
