He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Rack, (Henderson) and Franklin Rack, Sr.; and his siblings, Jim Rack and Carol Rack. He is survived by: his wife Janice Rack; his children, Mike Rack (Jeannie), Amy Rack and Jeff Rack (Christy); his grandchildren, Justin Hoover, Trevor Rack (Brooke), Bailey Rack, Hannah Dufford, Taylor Dufford, Lauren Rack and Joseph Rack; his great grandchildren, Ainsley Hoover, Annie Rack and Faye Rack; his sister Barbara Blair (Bob); and his cousin Ed Zillig. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
