It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera J. Paden (Old Washington, Ohio), who passed away on February 26, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Robinson Jr. and Mildred R. Robinson (Sanders); her husband Bernard R. Paden; her siblings, Charles Robinson (Marie), Erma Reneker (Cliff), Helen Haga (Jack), Doris McComb (Don) and Howard; and her brother-in-law Jack Walton.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Paden (Barbara) of Old Washington, Dale Paden (Christy) of Salesville and Lisa Lawrence of Old Washington; her siblings, Ray Robinson (Wilma) of Port Washington and Joyce Walton of Tuscarawas; her sister-in-law Virginia Robinson; her grandchildren, Derek Lawrence, Stephanie Murray, Kelsey Thomas (Talon), Emily Paden, Steele Paden, Carson Paden, Carter Paden and Madison Paden; her great grandchildren, Bexley Thomas and Emery Thomas; and her close friend Janice Lehman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
