He was predeceased by: his wife Frances; his parents, Gladys Heideloff and Lester Heideloff; his brother George Heideloff (Shirley); and his nibling Jackie.

He is survived by: his children, Beverly Hanchette (Bob), David Heideloff (Jan) and Sherri Robertson (late Don); his granddaughters, Megan Menger (Jeff), Gretchen Heideloff and April Heideloff; and his great grandchildren, Grace and Joe Menger.
