He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Swislocki and Rebecca Hatgas (Mark); his grandchildren, Taylor Swislocki, Anthony and Jack Hatgas; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Hanna and EmmaLynn Madunicky; and his brothers, Keith and Paul Swislocki.
