We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2023, at the age of 77, Patrick E. Chapman of Olmsted Falls, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his daughters, Julie Chapman-Rote, Katherine Chapman and Sarah Bascone (Jeff); his grandchildren, Brendan, Bradley Ocheltree, Ashley and Kyle; his great grandchild Karinna; his siblings, Doris Hawersaat, Louis and Geri Truse; and also Margaret. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
