He is survived by: his wife Rosie Blankenship Mullins; his children, Deanna Mullins and Paul Mullins (Barb); his grandchildren, Lauren Overholt (Brent), Andrea Reil and Alyssa Mullins; his great grandchildren, Sophya Reil, Vincent Penix and Isla Reil; and his brothers, James, David and Jerry Mullins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wappner Funeral Directors and Crematory-Ontario (100 Lexington Springmill Rd S, Ontario, OH 44906). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
