We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2023, at the age of 70, Barbara J. Waffen (Ontario, Ohio), born in Warren, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ina Bowker (Osborne) and Robert Bowker. She is survived by : her husband Craig Waffen; her children, Kalyn Waffen and Kyle Waffen; her stepsons, Kevin Waffen (Amy) and Keith Waffen; and her sisters, Shirley Swanson and Sherry Manusakis (Bill). She is also survived by three grandchildren; five step-grandchildren.
