She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Watkins and Mabel Watkins (Simmons); her son Steven Watkins; her siblings, Beverly Mortimer, Eileen "Penny" Troupe, Charlene "Charlie" Watkins, Vaughn, Corky, John, Leroy and Richard Watkins; her grandsons, Jason and Tyler Mortimer; her niece Annette Alexander; and her half-sister Edith.
She is survived by: her son Michael Mortimer (Sheri Hoffman); her granddaughters, Tiffany Parker and Kristi Snow; her stepgrandsons, Eric Swain and Alan Buchanan; her great grandchildren, Brayden and Brianna Bickers; and her close friends, Marge Fada, Brenda Brooks, Martie Russel and Betty Clevenger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
