She is survived by: her husband Thomas Mathis; her daughter Megan Mathis Williams (Brian) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Jodie Summers (Jacob), Ashton Williams, Addison Williams, Jackson Williams and Justin Williams; her great grandchildren, Enslee, Maverick, Dean and Alaina; her sister Patricia Secrist (Timothy) of Mansfield; and her nieces and nephews, Abigail Burson (Bryant), Ariella, Audrey Secrist, Kammy Jo, Nova and Brantlee Burson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wappner Funeral Directors and Crematory-Ontario (100 N Lexington-Springmill Rd, Ontario, OH 44906). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
