He was predeceased by : his mother Rosalee Miller Mullins; his daughter Jessica Mullins; his brother Chad Mullins; and his nephew Jacob Mullins. He is survived by : his father Chip Mullins; his wife Stacy Smith Mullins; his grandson Kash Taylor-Lynch; his stepdaughter Makenzi Harrison; and his close friend Bob Mullins.
